CANON EQUIPMENT SERVICE - WHAT TO DO
To request service for your Canon multifunctional device, please call the Canon Help Desk toll-free at 1-855-477-4783, and specify the equipment problem. Be sure to have the device serial number ready to provide the service representative. A Canon Service Team member will be dispatched the same business day, or the following business day if the service call is received close to or after 5pm.
ORDERING TONER FOR CANON DEVICES
To order toner for your Canon MFD, please call the Canon Help Desk toll-free at 1-855-477-4783. Please have the serial number of your device ready. Toner orders will take approximately 3 business days for delivery. Some additional tips to keep in mind:
• Ordered toner will be delivered to the location of the device, however, you can request that it be sent to your attention also.
• Keep track of your toner supplies to avoid running out at critical times.
• You can order up to 3 of each toner color per serial # at one time.
• Toner is perishable, so try to avoid over-ordering of toner.
