Canon Service and Supplies

To request service or supplies for your Canon device:

Call the Canon Help Desk toll-free at 1-855-477-4783 or E-mail at Regular Help Desk hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.  

  • Please have the device serial number ready.
  • Please specify the equipment problem or Error Code.

A Canon Service Team member will be dispatched the same business day, or the following business day if the service call is received close to or after 5pm.



Some additional tips to keep in mind:

  • Paper: Departments must order paper from Staples through Workday. MPS and Canon do not process orders for paper.   
  • Ordered toner will be delivered to the location of the device. However, you can also request that it be sent to your attention.
  • Keep track of your toner supplies to avoid running out at critical times
  • Toner orders will take approximately 3 business days for delivery.
  • Order toner per serial # at one time.
  • Toner is perishable, so try to avoid over-ordering of toner.
