Canon Service and Supplies

To request service or supplies for your Canon device:

Call the Canon Help Desk toll-free at 1-855-477-4783 or e-mail csa_um_hd@csa.canon.com

8am to 5pm M-F

  • have the device serial number

SERVICE

  • specify the equipment problem or Error Code.

A Canon Service Team member will be dispatched the same business day, or the following business day if the service call is received close to or after 5pm.



SUPPLIES

Some additional tips to keep in mind:

  • Ordered toner will be delivered to the location of the device. However, you can also request that it be sent to your attention.
  • Keep track of your toner supplies to avoid running out at critical times
  • Toner orders will take approximately 3 business days for deliver
  • Order toner per serial # at one time.
  • Toner is perishable, so try to avoid over-ordering of toner.


AFTER HOURS

ONLY for Critical Areas that have been Identified. (UMH,Uprint,ect..)

After Hours Support is 5pm to 12am (midnight), Monday through Friday and 8am to 12am (midnight), Saturday and Sunday on University business days excluding public holidays.

UPRINT

After hours service for UPrint is available for system-wide problems only (i.e. service or network failure), not for specific machine issues.
