  • All proceeds from the Investments & Treasury Silent Auction go to the United Way.

  • By bidding on an item, you are stating that you are ready and willing to pay your bid amount for that item.

  • Your bid must be a minimum of $5.00 higher than the "Current Bid" listed. Bids must be in increments of 5. For example, if the Current Bid is $75, your must be at least $80. 

  • Please submit your bids in number format (i.e. 50, 500, 5000). Type in the dollar amount of your bid, not the bid increment amount. No dollar signs, commas, or decimals. Bids not submitted in the proper format will be discarded. 

  • Enter the correct Reference Number for the item you wish to bid on. (REF # indicated for each prize). Please enter the reference number only. Incorrect submissions will be discarded.

  • Use only UM email addresses. Other email addresses (Yahoo, Google, Gmail, etc.) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

    •

  • The "Current Bid" will be updated on this website weekdays at 10am, 12pm and 4:00pm.

  • All bids are time-stamped. When bids of the same amount are received, the first one received will be accepted.

  • You can bid on as many items as you want, as often as you wish.

  • The closing date for the auction is December 1, 2017 at 4pm. Winners will be notified via email on December 4, 2017.
